In October Deanna Kyrimis, DSc(c), MBA, MS joined Springhill Medical Center, a 270 bed hospital in Mobile, as Chief Executive Officer.

Kyrimis earned a master of science degree from the University of Oxford in England and a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Arizona State University, followed by a master's in business administration from the University of California.

She has 20 years of health system experience at the executive level, most recently as the  CEO at Arizona Asthma & Allergy Institute.
